Based on the consent of each visitor, participant data will be processed in the database of the “Lithuanian Education History Museum” as the Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller), company code: 290756120, address: A. Vytauto pr. 52, Kaunas 44237, for the publication of specialized offers and sending of news.
To properly fulfill the Data Controller’s obligations to subscribers, the Data Controller may share participants’ personal data with other companies to ensure smooth cooperation with state institutions and organizations in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Subscribers’ personal data may be stored until a request to remove the subscriber from the Data Controller’s database is submitted.
The data will be processed by the employees of the Data Controller.
Subscribers must provide personal data (name, surname, phone number, and email) to receive offers, consultations, and other services from the Data Controller. By filling out the contact form or subscription form, you agree that the Data Controller will process your data in compliance with the Rules and applicable legal requirements. If personal data is not provided, the Data Controller is not authorized to provide consultations or offers to the visitor. The Data Controller must identify a person before providing them with information to ensure secure and accurate consultations and offers. Therefore, the Data Controller must record:
- The person’s name, surname, phone number, and email to identify the individual.

- Access information if their data has been registered and access their registered data;
- Edit or fully update their data;
- Restrict the processing of their personal data.
