The collection of documents on the activities of educational institutions contains about 250 valuable official documents reflecting the activities of educational, educational, cultural institutions and various public organisations related to education that were active in the second half of the 19th and 20th centuries. The collection contains extended histories of educational institutions, chronicles, examples of timetables and lesson plans, programmes for school festivals, methodological instructions and manuals. Also important are documents relating to the history of the Lithuanian Museum of Education, visitor and inventory lists, deeds of acquisition of museum objects, and cost estimates.
